Hotel was clean and good. Would recommend the rooftop restaurant and bar. The Shun restaurant was not great. Overall, a convenient location - walking distance from the shopping and nightlife of Osaka's dontonbory. Will recommend and visit again

Great Location - very close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to Dotonbori. Its also very close to the stop for the airport bus which I would recommend (ask the front desk for the timetable etc) and sits on top of the station which has access to the main lines for all tourist attractions. Like many hotels in Japan we found the signage from the station, for the hotel quite poor but soon got the hang of it. There are 2 bars in the hotel - a retro bar which is quite fun with dance floor, pool table and Karaoke and then one within the breakfast area on a high floor - both were reasonable considering the location etc. Breakfast had a great variety of both Japanese and international cuisine. I would recommend this hotel

The hotel staff were all amazing and made our stay truly enjoyable. Location was so convenient, room was exceptionally clean and lovely, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start our day. I would stay here again next time I am in Osaka. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located at the center of Osaka attractions. Very convenient. Reasonable price for this location and service. I will definitely come back and stay if I have plan in Osaka again. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because the breakfast line at this hotel is not my type. But it has a good view in restaurant.

The hotel is very good hotel. The hotel is well located and closed to shinsaibashi street and dotonburi area. So very convenient to walked around the area. Also the mrt is very easy to access from the hotel. And the staffs were so well informative and good english speaking.
